my television is 1yr old,i was watching a film last night and the tv just turned it self off,after changing the fuse and trying different wall sockits the tv still does not work.it has worked fine for the past year and had know warning signs that anything was wrong,kind regards d hughes

- My 32" wide screen telly ive had for 2 years & last nite it just fizzed & switched itself off, now when i push the on button on the front all i get is a clicking sound as if its trying to switch itself on & the red light keeps flashing, i've tried changing plugs & fuses but no joy, plz help as its not an old telly.- reallywicked

the symptom is caused by a breakdown in power supply or the horizontal deflection circuits. have it check by a qualified service technician.
