Question about StarTech.com StarView SV211K 2-port KVM Switch
Ive had the startview box for abuot 2 years now... and never had to change any of the codes(ntl)....eg.00, 01 codes. Yet i see people all the time on asking for codes. Why do others have to change the codes yet my old codes that are probobly 2 years old have worked all this time. ( apart from tonight where they cut out for the first time and i had to search on here for new codes).
It will be to do with the software loaded to your box which de- encripts the keys.
I am amazed that yours has worked for 2 years as the last change was in March I think. Never the less you will now have to manually input the keys until new software is made available for you to download to the box via your pc
