SOURCE: pioneer cmx 3000 display problem

Hi, there is a fuse blown in the drive unit , it is a 315mA small fuse (that looks like a brown color resistor ) in the -40Volt line .
It is located on the smaller pcb where the cinch plugs are located .
If You are not a technician find one and tell him this info
.
I just repaired one today with this problem .
Good luck , Wim ( Belgium)

SOURCE: my pioneer cmx 3000 does not control speed correctly and produces draging audio out put

If your using burned CDs try burning them at lower speeds lower then 24x like 4x,8x,16x also try different brand disc. It's a common problem with poor quality discs and burn speeds higher then 24x
