When I try to play a video using real player or windows media player the computer freezes and I have to switch off and restart. I have only had this problem since installing the N6200 graphics card.Help please.

You could try with reinstalling the drivers for the graphic card. Another problem could be that you don't have all the codecs needed (But it doesn't usually freeze windows, only the software). Try downloading a codec pack from the following site:

Open this link (click here), download one of the available packs from the lists, install it and restart your computer. Now play any media file like audio or video using your windows media player, hopefully it'll work, if the problem persists, try with another player (Classic Media player) which comes with the KliteMega codec Packs, you'll be able to play them.
You can also try them with another player (Vlc Media Player) which supports almost all media types.
hi insert another dvd. if same happens then restart the computer and try once more . ..again fails please reinstall the driver or shutdown the computer . open the cabin unplug and reconnect the code to dvd drive
Go to my computer scroll to sansa or your MP3 player and open the music folder and open each sub folder and delete Songs manually then delete the folders them selfs then format a couple of times hope this works.........Try and drag and drop from your music folder to the media folder on the player make sure usb mode is mtp this will show you all the folders Use your windows explorer for the transfer... much easier..... Then disconnect from your computer and see if it worked Hope it does..........Please rate
