you would have to hold the stop/clear/lock key key for 10 seconds not 5 and if this doesnt work then you would have to replace the touch pad or clock most likely but before replacing pad check to assure that connections are all conected properly please message back if you have any more questions thanks again some technicians will use a small wire to manually open the door by hooking it on the lock arm and pulling to the left
try code 1000, that seems to be standard lock code pre-set for the phones, else take battery out for about 10 minutes or so ( this will likely erase your info, but you cannot get to it anyway). good luck!
Hi Bob. If your touch screen is fully functional on other areas or pages, I would restore the firmware. Should take care of that prob. If it is not responding at all, then you would probably be looking at replacing your digitizer.
