the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Can I download games on my iPod touch 3rd gen 8gb

yes you can if you Jailbreak your device. You can download games legally with the iTunes market. But it costs money, and why pay for angry birds? or other games you can get for FREE!?... I can teach you how to get free stuff with a little friend I call Redsn0w...
You download "Redsn0w" (just Google it) and you find the version if your ipod touch in your settings menu. Download the proper version of "Redsn0w" compatible with your ipod. Run the program and Follow the instructions. Voila!!! the door to free stuff!! Games, APPS, themes, programs, and other goodies!

I turned on my ipod touch as soon as i got it out of the case and it showed a usb cord and then an arrow above it pointing to itunes and i dont know how to get it off

nothing is wrong this is really the norm...you must have the very newest version of Itunes on your PC http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ then attach that white cable to both the PC/ IPOD....

this is how you will get rid of that arrow and stuff... and begin to enjoy your touch

I can unlock my ipod because the touch screen won't work

  • Connect your iPod to the first computer it was synced with or the computer set as the primary one in iTunes. Open the iTunes application, then disconnect your iPod from the computer, and it should no longer be locked.
  • If you can't unlock iPod using either [the code or connecting it to the computer you use to manage its songs]. . . you can restore your iPod to factory settings using iPod Updater. Please note that this will erase all data on your iPod. Afterwards, you can add your music and data back to your iPod.
  • If you can't remember the current combination, the only way to clear it and enter a new one is to restore the iPod software.

How to unlock an ipod touch without knowing the passcoad?

if you lost or forgot your passcode thats no problem. But if this doesnt work please let me know and i will be glad to assist you further so you can reclaim ownership of your ipod touch once more. According to Apple, if you have forgotten the code, you can unlock the IPod by doing the following: Connect your IPod to the primary computer you use it with (the first one IPod synced with), and open iTunes. When you disconnect iPod from the computer, it will no longer be locked. If you can't unlock IPod using either [the code or connecting it to the computer you use to manage its songs]. . . you can restore your iPod to factory settings using iPod Updater. Please note that this will erase all data on your iPod. Afterwards, you can add your music and data back to your iPod. If you want to change the primary computer that your IPod is associated with, do this: 1. Restore your iPod. WARNING: The restore process cannot be undone. All of your songs and files will be deleted. Always make a backup of your important data. 2. Connect your iPod to the computer that you want to be the primary computer. 3. Open iTunes and synchronize. Apple also notes that company "representatives cannot unlock an iPod if you forget your combination. If you can't unlock your iPod and you don't have access to the primary computer, your only option is to restore the IPod, which will erase all music and data." If you need further assistance please feel free to follow up with a comment and i will be here to assist you. If this assisted you please feel free to rate the solution. thanks and have a great day.

IPod Touch will not load stuff!!

You got to fork over $5 to Apple and download version 3.1.1 onto your ipod touch.  Then after its done click on the eject icon on your computer.  Unplug your ipod from the USB, then reconnect it and download the free 3.1.2 update.   Don't know why the greedy bastards at Apple charge you for 3.1.1, but not for 3.1.2 Probably cause they felt bad they messed up our wi-fi connections and figured they better give us the free fix on 3.1.2
