Question about Ovens
Our Kitchenaid Superba built-in electric convection oven is giving the message to set probe temperature. We aren't using the probe and we can't turn this message off. Now we can't bake anything because we aren't using a probe. Do you know how to turn this message off?
If i remember correctly i believe this is actually a wiring issue. you would need to turn the power off open the control panel. and look for a control board with the probe connection on it. there should be a tech sheet in the compartment to help you identify it however if it is the problem they would be purple wires on the connector that need to be reversed.
