Super box Hi What "new code" is needed once we have factory reset?? Thanks for your efforts

You will need to reset your starview box to factory settings first which can be done through the main menu, type 0000 when prompted for code.
Reboot the box as you did when you first got it.
Don’t forget to turn “Key EMU” back on as this will have changed to off with the reset (1570 from the menu screen).
This should have cured all your problems!!
If this still doesn’t work you will need to input new codes via Nagravision (also 1570 from the menu screen).

KEY 00 = CF 53 0C 33 79 61 71 85
KEY 01 = 52 5E 8D 45 FC 75 F6 4A

There is a rumour on the streets that Telewest are soon to dump Nagravision and send out all Telewest users new cards!
Don’t know if this will ever happen, but if it does how will we enter new codes???

couple of months before i put the parental control password on my "the box super usb" but since last month on 2nd December the box goes off only few channel coming, i want to reset the box to factory setting but failed because i forget the password if any body knows about the how to reset the box on factory setting, i will be thankful to you and also any body know the codes for box. thanks

this box updates automatically. virgin have found a way to cut the signal off. you can press menu then numbers 1570 and go onto nagravision menu and it will tell you how to enter the code.
if you can't get this menu then you havent got the right firmware in the box. hope this helps.

The factory reset code is behind the glove box. To see the code you'll need a flashlight. No other tools.
First, empty the glovebox and open to stops then gently bend those stops at the top of the glovebox in to clear the trim. Swing box down and allow it to hang. Next, you'll see several wiring looms in the right section of the area behind the glovebox. Behind that is the ECM, the componenet you're looking for. It's mounted facing the left side of the truck with a code label on it, so it's a little hard to read. Get a piece of paper and write down the only 5 digit code printed on the label. It's bold face and is one of the bigger numbers but not the biggest. Once you have the code, write whatever 5 digit you want your new code to be on same piece of paper. Go to drivers door, lock truck completely. Enter the factory code into the keyless entry, and within 5 seconds press the 1-2 button on the keyless entry the enter your new code. The truck should unlock. SuPER EASY!!
