How do I change the language on the screen of my printer. It is currently in Spanish.

Scan through its setting-menus, looking for 'idioma' or 'linguistico'
(the Spanish equivalent to "language").

Select that option, and change the language to 'ingles'.

My welcome screen to now in Spanish. Iwant it back to English

I don't have an MP830 but I have an MP780. If the system is similar then you should push the Menu button and see if you get something that says Systems Settings. In Spanish maybe System may look like Sistemas. On my 780 I press 4x to get this then I use the + and - keys to navigate to languages. On the 780 I press the + key 3x to get the Display Language. If this doesn't help then go to Canon's website and download the manual. Here's the website.

Hope this helps.
