Energizer AA/AAA battery charger says it's done after 3-5 minutes, but the batteries aren't charged. It's only been used twice. Can I fix it?

Charge time depends on the mAh capacity of the batteries (should be listed on the package, or the side of the battery) most AAAs are under 900mAh so 2 hrs should be sufficient, but AAs vary greatly in capacity so heres a link to check after you look up your mAh rating

Can i put AA batteries in my finepix F60 camera instead of using the lithium ion battery

I doubt you could fit three AAA batteries inside the camera. Chargers aren't that expensive if you know where to look. Take a look here for some examples.

I have this issue with one of the batteries in my set. (Purchased last summer). It is a PL-7522

How do I place 2 batteries in charger instead 0f 4?

Hello. Just place the two batteries together at the far left, or at the far right to charge them.. Just do not place them in the middle, or with an empty space between them. here is a link to the instruction sheet for your future reference http://data.energizer.com/PDFs/chdc_instructions_english.pdf
