Press the reset button on the back of the router to the left of the
router's aerial and to the right of the yellow-colored inbound Ethernet
slot. Hold the option for 5 a few moments until the "Test" LED light
Release the reset button. The router will automatically reset and start to reboot. When it will restart, the router restores the default factory settings.
You can find the Wi-Fi password either at the bottom cover of your router typed at a label, or at the configuration page for the router at the section wi-fi (or wlan) - security. In order to access the configuration page of the router you need a computer already connected at the router and the Internet Explorer (or Mozilla).
In any case you need further help or clarification, just post me a reply. Thanks Stelios

Ok with a peripheral on USB or on PC card bay you can try to connect to a Wireless lan: Please check this tip on the subject To connect to an existing WLAN you must be sure your wireless card is working: I assume you installed all the related sw coming with the wlan card. Using the card installed driver check card is enabled and running (in Control Panel/Network connection should be visible and enabled) Then you can connect to an open Wi-Fi HOTSPOT or to your WLAN you configure with a router connected to your internet modem.
To connect to an existing HOTSPOT: find a location where you know a wi-fi access point (HOTSPOT) is active: Internet cafe,, library, airport,, station, hotel etc.your card should be able to find the existing network when you select "show existing network" in wlan driver. Connect if network is "unsecure" (= no password or key is required) or ask for password if you can get it for a fee (hotel)
To connect to your home or office WLAN be sure to use a router (or access point) with same standard of your card (802-11G or B or A or N) with same security protocol (WEP or WPA) and configure your router Internet access BEFORE wireless access. Connect your PC to your router using a LAN cable and be sure you can browse through the router.(contact your ISP for router specs if you need it: PPOA/E and other). Follow the tip and your router doc for settings
what you want exactly?password for what? username and password for internet in subscriber? or just WEP for wireless key password?
if you forgot the password for username and password for subscriber....theres an option,i dont know what kind of subscriber do you have in your country...if you forgot the username and passowrd you can ask in the subscriber.
regarding in the WEP password for wireless,it doesnt matter, try this..
type 192.168.1.1 in the internet toolbar
and you can see the configuration, check the wireless settings for WEP...
Youe broadband router is working ok with the broadband cable. So it is configured with the broadband cable. Now,to work with the wireless internet, you have to configured the wi-fi router to work internet. You can see the wi-fi connection but unless & untill you will configure wi-fi router it must not work or if before it was working with the wi-fi then you can check the wi-fi router setting because it might change by mistake.Surely it will work after configurating wi-fi router.
If you're using a Cable provider, do the ff. steps. (For Linksys router)
1. Launch Internet Explorer and type http://192.168.1.1
2. It will prompt you for username and password. Leave it blank on username and type admin for the password.
3. Under SETUP tab, click the sub-tab MAC Address Clone. The click the button Clone My PC's MAC. Then click on Save Settings.
4. Unplug the power to the modem and the router for 30 secs. After that, power on the modem first, wait for all lights to go solid then power on the router. Check if the internet works.
