Acer router forgot password (by 2 users)

I have an "ACER WLAN 11g BROADBAND ROUTER - WLAN-G-RU1" I got an new internet connection and have to configure the router by running the wizard. But the problem is that It has been long time since i have logged into the router interface I forgot what was the password. Any body help me how to reset the password, I have tried the reset button but no luck.

if the IP address is 192.168.62.1
the password should be1234

The reset button might have to be held in for 10 seconds or more and should reset to default, but the password if you have not changed it; could be 'admin'.
