Problem for Samsung CLP-300 Laser Printer

Transfer belt error on CLP 315

My 3 month old Samsung has status red light on and says that there is a transfer belt error. any ideas on how to solve this?

it could be just that the imaging unit is not sitting correctly on it's tracks remove and also proceed and taking the other unit behind it and just simply replace back carefully on it's tracks
