The lid for the Kenwood FMP910 food processor should fit the FMP91 model. Both the FMP91 and FMP910 models use the same size and type of lid, so the FMP910 lid should be compatible with your FMP91 food processor.
If you are unable to find a lid specifically for the FMP91 model, you should be able to use a lid for the FMP910 model as a substitute. You can purchase a replacement lid for the FMP910 model online or at a store that sells Kenwood products.
Brushes are long enough but it there enough pressure on them to press against the armature? What about the armature? Did you use a meter to check the windings?
