Question about HP PSC 750 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Recently I had a serious operation and was out of commission for more than two months. During this period my printer was not in use. The cartridge I had been using successfully is the same one invoking the messages above.
The command, "PRINT" causes an error message - wrong cartridge. Putting a new cartridge in - DITTO. Also the test did not print automa- tically. I ran the "SELF-TEST", and it printed a blurry test with false colors.
Would cleaning the heads help? If so, How?

You could try to clean with alcohol the metalic looking part of the cartridge. If this doen't work, you should replace it and try a new one. I would suspect the the ink has dried on the cartridge and is clogging the jets. .
