a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How do you stop interruptions when music video playing?

You might contact your internet service provider, and have them check to see if your service is fast enough to stream youtube. Also, make sure there are not other programs running that may be slowing your machine down. Also, You may have a virus, malware, adware, a browser hijacker, or pups (potentially unwanted programs). Tap F8 when you are booting, select "Safe Mode With Networking". Download and install Malwarebytes and Superantispyware (Note: If you can\'t do the download on your machine, do it on a friend\'s, put them on a thumb drive, and install them from it). Then scan your computer with each program, and quarantine anything found. If this process finds malware, to keep stuff like that from coming back, I recommend you get the paid version of Malwarebytes. Good luck.

I just hooked up a Dynex flat panel tv to my computer. It worked fine for awhile and now I am getting no picture but a message that says video mode not supported. Any idea how to fix this? I can get it...

The resolution is set too high: right click in the desktop, click Properties, click Settings, click on the square corresponding to the tv and lower the resolution. You can do that in Safe Mode if the tv is the only display connected to the pc.

My pc won't read the network cable adapter cord.

next to the plug in is an LED light. If it is not lit then the cord or the network card is bad. a fire wall should not give a cable disconnected message, maybe a limited connectivity message.

The network appears to be slow, which may reduce video quality. Above message appears when trying to vido my sister. Menz

Hi menz44,

Here are some things to consider:
  • perform disk cleanup and defrag
  • ad more memory
  • upgrade to a better video adapter/card
  • adjust your system performance - to use less memory.
  • Remove temp files and cookies from IE.
This will help and good luck

Video and Audio Freeze

Sounds like a slow internet connection. Try pausing the video until it has buffered at least halfway and then play again.

Hope this helps,
