Question about Washing Machines
In many cases, washers will not drain if the drain filter is clogged. That would be the first place I would check.. find it and clean any lint/debris off of it and see if that solves your problem. Other things that could cause a washer not to drain might be a belt that powers the pump itself, a clogged or defective pump, inlet and outfeed hoses to and from that pump may be crimped or clogged or the house drain system itself is clogged and restricts water flow. Your problem statement does not provide sufficient information to zero in on the root cause so all of my recommendations are generic.. Hope that helps..
