XBox 360 console keeps freezing because there are some hardware fault inside. Besides you send to somewhere to repair, I suggest you can learn the repair skills yourself. It's simple as purchase an Xbox 360 repair course. It's really awesome and professional.

I was having the same problem, but I found a solution and it is as follows:
1. Open regedit.exe under the Windows folder.
2. Search for "Need for speed Undercover" using the find tool in the registry editor (Ctrl+F)
3. Keep searching until you find values named g_width and g_height on the left pane.
4. Double click on each of these values and change the value data to be as follows:
g_width --> 556
g_height --> 300
5. Re-run the game and it should work fine.

Clear Cache, System Settings > Memory > "Y" on HDD ( takes you to device options) > press "X ,X ,Left bumper ,Right Bumper, X,X" > hit Yes (Continue)

Since it's a problem with only one game, i guess it's a problem with the dvd media, try to get another copy of the game and see if the problem continues...

You could also try to clear XBOX 360's cache:

1. Go to the system blade and then select memory.
2. Press Y on the HD symbol and then press X,X,Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X. Once you do this a messsage will appear saying: Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?

Performing this function will also clear any software updates.
