Need help with igniter hook up

Good Day Bobby,
Disconnect All Wires ,Try To Crank Engine Do You Get Spark At the Plugs?. Yes /No
If No You Need To Find The Fault On The Engine Ignition System
The Colour Of The Wire to Kill The Engine Ignition System Is Black With Yellow Line.

you need to start with electrical first check electric wires and plugs,pay special attention to distributer.then I would check ignition moduals and fuses too. if this proves not to be problem then check fuel,for a faulty pump or clogged fuel filter,also a bad fuel pump. you can also check your ignition key and column,,if it is worn it could be disconnecting after you let go of the key. if you can not find anything hook it up to a code reader and see if it tells you a possible problem. then if this does not cure problem take it to a qualified mechanic in your rea.hope this helps.

1. If your grill is plugged into an electrical outlet with a GFI (ground fault interrupter) plug, chances are the hot rod has absorbed or been exposed to too much moisture and is leaking to ground causing the plug to trip.
2. Open your cooking chamber lid, remove cooking grill, angled drip pan and U-shaped firepot cover. Is there ash build up in the firepot and/or around the firepot? If so, this needs to be cleaned out. The ash is choking out the fire.

4. If the fuse is good, check for power by switching the colored plugs first. Unplug the purple plug and the orange plug. Plug the purple plug into the orange plug. Now plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and turn the grill on. Does the induction fan operate? If so, you will need a new hot rod and fuse. If not, you will need a new control board. Unplug the purple from the orange and reconnect the plugs together to their correct color plug.
5. Always start your grill on the SMOKE setting.

Could be the hot rod igniter has accumulated too much moisture.

It'll be fine...A tiny explosion happens anyway when a grill is lit.. Its just a ceramic fitted piece... Its ok...you can still grill..;-) if you replace you'll have to replace the whole ignitor.Have fun grilling....

Just because the tank is full does not mean that the fuel is being distributed. Make sure you have fuel coming out.
