Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I got Nokia N99i chinese version cellular phone with 2 batteries, one battery worked for 3 months & now charging isn't holding & other battery can't charge since bought. How can i buy a new battery...

Men you really got a problem!
ok Try Ebay, if not www.alibaba.com sure you can find the batery there.
Other ways:
the batery its not charging at all?
you can buy a Universal Batery Cell phone carger, these ones got the ability of charge some times baterys whit thiis kind of problem.
Make an adaptation from other batery (just look details as Voltage, amps) sometimes its require soldering directly to your phone :S (pretty extreme)

Phone keeps reseting itself

firmware(Operating system) is damaged . you need to reinstall it .
This could occur due to many reasons like virus attack ,sudden removal of the battery while the phone is on,sudden switch off the cell due to low battery etc ..

if you firmware backup you can reinstall it with your normal datacable by using the PC suite or you can contact the technician

Nokia E65 dead during Nokia Software Upgrade

I was just upgrading the Nokia software on my E65, connected with USB, charged and connected to charger for backup... and the phone just went dead. I've tried everything to get it going again including taking the batery out and outting it back in aain, holding the on/off button down for a minute - and nothing is happening. The screen is dead. Is Nokia's new upgrade causing this? I see two other posts to this site with the same problem in the past 24 hours. The upgrade was posted on Nokia.com 24 hours ago. my mail is singh1316@yahoo.co.in
