I have a bt synergy 2110 cordless phone. There are 3 lights on the right hand side. one for power/in use, one for charging one for new call . All3 are lit up. How do i get the "new call " light to go out to allow me to make calls?

I may have a solution you can try.

1. Take handset out of cradle.
2. Press and hold bottom, right hand side, bottom button, marked "Calls"
3. Hold until "Display" shows number of calls, usually 10 and makes a bleep-type noise.
4. Now press top left button, marked "Del" in red, until the display scrolls through all 10 numbers and deletes all the numbers stored in the memory. The phone should then make a bleep noise.
5. Press "red handset symbol" (finish call) twice.
6. Replace handset onto cradle and the "new call light" should go out.

You should now be able to make calls.
