Question about Flat Panel Televisions
Help! I was just watching television and it shut off suddenly. The on/off light just blinks red but the tv won't turn back on. I've had it for less than 6 months.
What do you think this might be?My Akai 37 will not turn on unless I unplug the TV first. I then have to wait until the red light goes off, plug it back in and then turn the tv on . Any clues on how to fix it
The solution at this point would be to get the power supply repair since new boards are not longer being manufactured. In about 95% of the time if the LCD doesn't power up or turns OFF by itself or need to be unplug for some time to make work again; those are the symptoms of a dying or defective power supply.
I service these power supplies, for more info write to email@example.com
