This has successfully paired with my iPhone and my Mac previously, but when I try to play music through the speaker, the blunote turns itself off and disconnects from the connection. Both phone and mac see the blunote, but blunote will not play

If you have purchased Speakers with Bluetooth Connectivity capability you can do this by switching on the speakers and on your iphone use the Bluetooth Pairing Option from Bluetooth settings to establish connectivity and play music to hear from speakers
You are using too high a voltage power transformer and have blown a capacitor out on the board. My wife did the same thing to hers, it melted the outside of the capacitor in ours so I don't know what to replace it with. Idiots we bought it from sent us a 12 v adapter instead of the 5 v required
First thing you need to do is to go into your Bluetooth settings and make sure that your phone is set up to pair with a device. Next, make sure that the device your are pairing to your iPhone, is in pairing mode. After both of these steps are complete, the phone should recognize the device and you can complete the pairing process. Hope this helps!
i've had the same problems in the past with an old HTC and my blackberrys Acura tells me the phones aren't compatible. One will find the other and not pair so i started making the car and the device search at the same time, after 4 or 5 tries consecutive tries at that they have all finally paired. -My current Blackberry needed an update for this to work.
What I did to connect to BOSE wireless speaker to my MacBook air was go in advance settings and uncheck all three options there and then press the wireless button until it beeped--> then I was able to pair it to my laptop. Success!
"Figured it out. All user error. Re-read the manual again. Missed the obvious "Pairing HS11 and TX 10" section on page 2. Paired them properly and that solved the music listening issue. Put the HS11 itself in pairing mode (by holding down the pause/play button until the light blinked between blue and red) and was then able to pair it with my iPhone 3G. It did, however, have to actually restart the iPhone first as initial attempts didn't take me to the PIN screen. It just hung there as if it was searching. Once I restarted the phone, put the HS11 in pairing mode and then entered the PIN it worked." - found on another web site. It worked for me.
