Question about Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 for PC
I run a silk plants website and need my office software to work and when I called microsoft they directed me to Sony since I have a sony vaio they said they purchased the software. Once I called they wanted $49.99 for me to contact them for support...what a rip off, you think after you've spent over $2,000 for a computer and software that you should have support for the life of the computer. I might as well pay for another license than go through the hassle of trying to find my old one.

SOURCE: Cannot open Outlook 2007
step 1: run the the MSOffice diagnostic tool (that is in programes - microsoft office - tools) and see if this can pick up the problem
if not, usualyy starting outlook should iniciate a scan/repair to your PST file, it will take some time depending on its size.
if all fails, repair outlook by reinstalling it again assuming you have a legal copy
