Also, I believe you can Hard
Reset the phone to clear the pin/password to its default 'no password', or PIN 12345. Notet this is not the same as password reset and all original
user data/settings put/personalized on the phone will be lost. If you have a backup on you PC, this should not be a problem. To Hard Reset an HTC C500:

    1. Press and hold soft1 and soft2 keys.

    2. Press and hold power button for around 1 to 1.5 seconds. Release power button. Keep hold soft1 and soft2 keys.

    3. Later, screen should show instructions to ask user to press '0' key to reset to factory default.

    4. Press '0' within the timeout period, which is only several seconds only.

    5. If no instruction is shown on the screen, repeat steps 1 to 4.

If this doesn't work, try this:

    1) Remove the battery and wait 5 seconds. Replace the battery

    2) Press and Hold voice recorder button (below power button on the left)

    3) Power-on the device

    4) The device will enter a special power-up mode

    5) "Card found" will be displayed on the screen

    6) Shortly after you may receive two options:

"Press any key to enter boot loader"
"Press action button to enter diag mod"

    7) Press and hold the Action button

    8) After a few seconds a menu will be displayed

    9) Select "Erase IPSM" and wait for the screen to display "PASSED"

    10) Then move to the left with the navigation button and select "END"

    11) A screen with three colours will be displayed

You may now remove and replace the battery and perform a normal power up. :)

I have a set Motorola Canopy 2400BH but i forgot ip address and username and password, how can i access it for using.

You need to user an Override Plug, which can be fabricated this way:

To fabricate an override plug: 1. Install an RJ-11 6-pin connector onto a 6-inch length of CAT 5 cable. 2. Pin out all 6-pins. 3. Short (solder together) Pins 4 and 6 on the other end. Do not connect any other wires to anything. The result should be as follows: Pin 1 ? white / orange ? Pin 1 Pin 2 ? white / green ? Pin 2 Pin 3 ? white / blue ? Pin 3 Pin 4 ? green ? Pin 6 Pin 5 ? blue ? Pin 5
Regaining access to the module To use the override plug 1. Insert the override plug into the RJ-11 GPS sync port of the AP. 2. Apply power to the module through the Ethernet cable. RESULT: The module reboots with the default IP address of 169.254.1.1, password fields blank, and all other configuration values as previously set. 3. Set passwords as desired. 4. Change configuration values if desired. 5. Save the settings. 6. Remove the override plug. 7. Power cycle the module.
