Question about Cell Phones
I bought a new phone and used my sim card from my old phone to keep all my ring tones, but now some how its saying put your puk number I just know my password to the sim
If it is saying enter puk code and you do not know it,DO NOT enter any numbers or you will block your sim.Ring customer services on a pals phone, give your info and ask them for your puk code, they will give you a number which you then enter and then you can reset your password and your phone will work fine.Switch off your sim password if you dont want problem again
