Question about Ariston Technologies Ariston FO98P Stainless Steel Electric Single Oven
I have an early 70's Gaffers and Sattler wall oven that won' work. This has happened before and we figured out that the timer was set in a position that wouldn't let the oven get hot. Normally I can mess with timer while continuously feeling the element so that when it starts getting warm I know. This time I can't figure out the setting it wants. Any ideas would be wonderful!! The light does work, so I know it has power to it. Thank you so much!!!
The most common failure in any electric oven is the heating element.

If you are not able to reset the timer from flashing display regardless of what combination of buttons you press, then I am afraid the only solution is to replace it, they are expensive.
Suggest you try pressing the first 2 button on the left, and the last button on the right at the same time if you have not already done so, this may solve the problem.
