Use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert and transfer your photos and videos. If you don't have the SMC, you can download the Windows version from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3IPZO6Q0

turn your mp3 on, then plug up to your computer via usb cable, then click on my computer icon, look for your mp3 player on the screen and double click it. find the folder that you want to download your movie in. keep that window open and go to the video you want on your mp3. right click the video and click copy, then go back to the folder you wanted to download your movie to. right click the folder and hit paste. Let me know if it works.

You could try opening the folder(s) with your saved music and highlight all the ones you want to transfer to your mp3 player and then right click on one of the highlighted files, left click on Copy, then go to My Computer > Sansa e250 mp3 player should be listed in there, double click on it, then right click in a open white area and left click Paste. It should copy the music right to your player. You could also try using Rhapsody and import your music into it. I use Rhapsody for transferring music to my e250 Sansa mp3 player.
