Cannot continue to play klh dvd8350

when i load vcd or dvd disc the disc didnt rotate while the lens of the laser is initializing then it will display no disc. sometimes the disc rotate and it can read by the lens and you can watch for 5 minutes then it will stop. sometimes i help i am rotating disc and it continue to play again but it did not last.i already clean the lens and other mechanical parts.thanks. i hope 4 ur answer or solution.God bless.
