H5-01 is 5 continuous jams in the F-section and requires full examination of F-section and Left door assembly, for root cause.

It will need Engr/Sim codes to re-set the machine.

H5-01 code is set when there are 5 continuous jams... usually there will be paper wrapped up around the fuser
roller(s)... Check fuser and reset code....sometimes low fuser heat
will cause the jams in the first place...make sure the thermistors are
clean and that the heat lamps are in good working order. Also make sure the picker fingers aren't broken, will cause continual paper jams.

E7-11 is a white level shading correction error. This code was intended
to identify a dirty white level reference (located under the left edge
of the copyboard glass).clean the optics, mirrors, and the exposure bulb etc.

I have a Sharp AR-336 with an error code of E7-11. How do I turn this error message off?

The E7 can not be "turned off". This error usually indicates a bad laser unit or "shading" problems. You could try cleaning all the glass/mirror components including the white shading strip under the glass - it may help.
Probably need a new laser.

If you have a finisher on that unit ,that code is upper limit switch problem. Check to make sure your upper tray is in the right position. Otherwise your either your tab is broken or your led is popped.
