f5e5 stands for clean temperature not reached after 30 minuites. you should check your door gasket, hinges and you latch to make sure the door is sealing. you can take a piece of paper like a receipt and put it in the door and pull it out with the door closed to feel for resistance on the paper. if there is no resistance on the paper then the door is not sealing. you can try hitting the stop clear button for 3-6 seconds if that does not take the error code off then turn the breaker off for about 30 min. let me know how that works

Self Cleaning Codes

F1-E5 - Calibration Shifted - Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect. Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board (clock). Here is the part to order.

The part comes with a 365 day, any part, any reason return policy.

Oven shuts off after 1-3 minutes The error message is F6 E5? Any solution

F5
- E6 Door is open, but latch is
locked

1.
If door latched:

  1. Disconnect power from unit.
  2. Check wires and connectors from control to door switch, then from door
switch to control. If no damage to wires and all connectors okay, proceed to
    step C.
  3. Replace door switch.
  4. Re-apply power.
  5. Press and hold any key down for 1 minute to clear F5 failure code from
memory. F2 will appear. Press CANCEL and observe for 1 minute to ensure
    operation is correct.

2. If door not latched:

  1. Disconnect power from unit.
  2. Check wires and connectors from control to latch switch, then from latch
switch to control. If no damage to wires and all connectors okay, proceed to
    step C.
  3. Repeat steps A and B for door switch.

3. Measure door switch (door open = switch open small low voltage terminals).
Replace switch if defective.
4. Measure latch switch (unlatch = switch open,
CAUTION - oven light contacts are closed). Replace switch if defective.
5. If
corrections are made in any step, reconnect power to control. Press and hold any
key for 1 minute to clear R failure code from memory. F2 will appear. Press
CANCEL and observe for 1 minute to ensure operation is correct.
6. If failure
remains, disconnect power and replace control.

Note:
Applies to all F5-E... codes.

Oven won't heat after E5F5 error messages

Unfortunatley on that model the keypad is a bit spendy. It's around $100.00 Here is the link to what part it is. You maybe can search around and get it a little cheaper. Good luck.

Oven section not working

beaver, the F5-E5 is the code for self clean temp not achieved after 30 minutes. This makes sense since you are having trouble pre-heating your oven on regular bake. I believe your ignitor is not drawing enough amps to open the gas valve all the way. Sometimes these can be erratic, work sometimes, sometimes won't. Your part number for the oven ignitor is 9782065. Catriver..post back.
