Question about HP Computers & Internet
I am having HP BA 600 SYStem. Its total HD Capacity is 120 GB. Maximum limit of SD RAM is 512 MB. Now i want to upgrade the RAM from 512 mb to 1 GB. The board doesnt accept more than 512 MB RAM even I inserted I GB RAM card. (512 * 2)
Please guide me, whether i can upgrade my mother board to support 1 GB RAM.
Most likely your MB is too old for this upgrade although there is a chance you could flash your bios (reprogram your computer's brain to accept the new memory providing hp has a flash for it).
here is a link for the latest bios flash for your computer, use at your own risk.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
