Need a wireless way to transmit audio

Hi
I need a way to watch TV on very low volume, and still hear everything without sitting up close to the screen. In other words, I need a device that has two parts: one part I can put next to the TV to pick up the TV's sound, and the other part to wear on my neck (or have near me) that receives the sound that the other device picked up.

I thought of using a device like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Graco-Ultra-Clear-49mhz-Monitor/dp/B000E0KN5I/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1227780916&sr=1-2
but I was wondering if a smaller device existed for such a task.
Thank you very much

Also, I'm worried that the baby intercom that I refer to in the above link, will have a hiss or other unpleasant sound in the background. I want the sound to be clear and pleasant.

Note that the TV has built-in speakers, so I can't plug the sound output of the TV into anything. The device that picks up the TV's sound must therefore do so from the air.
Do you have a product that can help me?
    Thank you

You can buy a pair of wireless headphones, much better than buying wireless speakers.

    The choices are:

Buying wireless headphones: Amazon.com: Wireless Headphones

Or buying a wireless speakers system, like this ones: Sony SRS BTM30 Wireless speaker sys

My answer was quite specific, surely you need to open the links given.

The baby interphone that you see had a low quality sound , and is not suitable for your purpose.
Baby interphones are also designed to pick up sound on one room and be listened into a different room.

You have two possible choices in alternative:

    1 Wireless headphones.

Here is an example Amazon.com: Wireless Headphones this solution is good if only one person is listening to the sound.

    2 wireless hi fi speakers.

Here is an example Sony SRS BTM30 Wireless speaker sys

This speakers are the nearest professional solution to your idea to use the Graco baby interphone, and will work fine guaranteeeing a good sound quality.

Let me know if you need a wider choice on one of the two products.

    Regards.

Regarding the sound output, that is not a problem, you connect the speakers either to TV jack phone, or to TV audio out cables at the back of the TV. If TV has none of this settings, you connect using a scart to RCA AV cables adaptor from TV to the speaker sistem.

Here is an example of the adapter PureAV Blue Series 3 RCA Phono...

This is the second phone and always being asked to speak up. mic diagnostics show that even when you yell the bar does not max out.

Try to increace volume over the phone settings itself. If its already max, then just replace the mic and that's it.

If you need more detail, just let me know.

Best of luck
