Question about Nokia IP 350 Firewall
In my personal computer's window security center firewall is OFF, even I try to ON it by following the following procedure,
Control Panel- Security center-Windows Firewall, but it says windows Firewall Settings cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running.
Click start, then run, then type services.msc a box will appear, scroll down to the windows firewall service and right click on it, make sure it is started, then check your settings again,

Click on "Start" in the lower left-hand portion of your desktop screen.
Select Control Panel and then Security Center to open the Windows Security Center.
Navigate to the bottom of the form and click the "Windows Firewall" link.
Select one of the two radio buttons as desired on the Windows Firewall form that opens.
The "On" radio button is the recommended choice.
Click the "OK" button at the bottom of form.
Close the Windows Security Center window and close the Control Panel window.

Note Settings that you create when your computer is joined to a domain are stored separately from those created when your computer is not joined to a domain. These separate groups of settings are called profiles.

If the above does not work you may also need to adjust your internet security settings. You can do this by the following:
Open up your internet explorer
click on tools
select internet options
click on the security tab
change the sttings to medium, rather than what they are. Click apply and ok. Exit your browser and restart it to try to connect again. Let me know if the above options do not work and we will try the next step. Hope this helps!
