Toshiba DKT 2020 Telephone

I can't enter into my mailbox or messages. I normally intercom, 7, that is not working. It just rings and rings.. Also, when put on night and you call from an outside line it doesn't go to the message. It just rings... Help me.

Your voice mail may have broken. If it's based off a hard drive the hard drive may have died on you. You may need to get a local company to come out and troubleshoot the problem.
