Sounds like the video ram may be bad. Does your PC have built in video or a video adapter in the PCI or AGP slot? If it has an adapter, power off your PC and reseat the video board
and while you have the cover open, reseat the memory also.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

SET NEW PASS WORD

Are you asking how to set a new password on your windows based computer? There are a few different ways you can do this depending on which version of windows you have, but without any details I can only take a guess what will work for you. Try this: hold down "cntrl + Alt + delete" from the login screen. Click the button in the screen that pops up that says "change password". If that doesn't work post in the comments what type of computer you have and what operating system you're running.

This sounds like the game is trying to start in a resolution not supported by your monitor. There may be a command line switch for the game in question that would either force a specific resolution or to start it at a lowest common resolution.

Bring up task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)
click applications tab
click new task
type in explorer.exe then click okay
If it boots up go to www.malwarebytes.org and download the free version. Install, update, and run a full scan.
Delete anything it finds.
Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't.
Good luck

Computer turns on and works fine once turned off the orange button comes one - then if I cntrl alt delete the system boots? what gives?

If you just hit the button, it's probably set to suspend. You should be using the shutdown procedure, or alt-F4.

Possibly have you tried to start in safe mode? Are you running Windows 7, Vista, or XP? If you can try to boot into safe mode to see if you can access your desktop from their. Once in Windows try to perform a system restore going back to the point to which you last could start your machine normally.

have you tried "spybot-search and destroy"? if that wont work-try" last known good-configuration" or "system restore" if none of those will work we need to remove it manually- when the virus is doing something like a pop-up press CNTRL+ALT+DEL to open up the TASK MANAGER goto processes and write down every one and let me know.. but try all of the other methods first and also---BACK UP ALL FILES while you still can
