Question about Zenith XBR413 DVD Recorder
Remove the cover to make sure that there is nothing in the vcr. if nothing in in it then you either have broken gears or more likely your gear are out of alignment. if out of alignment, best to have a service manual handy to figure out the timming of the gears. good luck.
