Question about Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router
One solution is to use a cabled connection to the router so you can download the drivers from Linksys. You really don't need it, since WPA2 is supported in the latest version of XP and Vista. Just set the router up via its webpage and select WPA2, put a good long password in there, and use the same password for you laptop.
