Question about Cameras
I have the sony DSC-N2, it will not let me take a picture or video. When i put it in these modes, the screen is completely black but says "turn the power off and on again". When i do that it does nothing different. However, i can access my photos and albums. please help, i need my camera!!!!

LENS section is faulty and have to be replace to solve this problem.

The Camera will turn off or will not allow selecting the Movie Recording option when the Battery power is not enough. Please make sure that the Battery is fully charged. Make sure that the battery inserted is NPBG1. You may also try cleaning the terminals of the Battery pack. If the issue persists, try using a different battery pack. If the same happens again, service may be required.
