It really depend on few factors: what type of wood is it, how thick are the shelves and legs, does it have wheels or not. However, when considering a simple wooden kitchen cart, I estimate it about 80-90 pounds.

What is the maximum number of shelves in a medical cart?

It really depends on the company the manufacture the cart. It looks like the simple carts have about 3 wheels and the more sophisticated ones have drawers and shelves in different sizes. I saw one with 6 drawers:

I have a steady island with butcher block on top and it seems very heavy, can I pot wheels on it and turn it into a huge cart?

Sound s like a pretty hard task. I'm a greatbeliever in wheels and I think that you can wheel anything these days (theyhave to match the weight of the piece). Today there are whole kitchens withwheels. However, these kitchens are usually made out of light aluminum orlighter type of wood and not butcher blocks. In any event, I would have anexpert come over, like a carpenter or even someone from the store you boughtthis island and ask them if this is doable.

I want to get a simple wooden kitchen cart but it has to be heat resistant

You need to consider that when you put a hot dish on a wooden top, whether it's a table or a cart, you will need to put a trivet underneath. Wood is not very heat resistant - hot dishes may leave some mark on the wood if you're not careful.

How to install glass into a wooden door 4 panel

Hi, you know where the glass runs along the edges their should be some sort of beading that holds the glass in.
This is in 4 pieces and runs along the edge of the part where the glass is, they are usually nailed in with small tacks.
you know the edge of the glass nearest where the glass touches the door, the frame is usually rounded and tacked onto the actual door itself. Gently sanding the frame should reveal the tacks then gently pry off with thin screw driver. This can split but can be purchased for pennys just ask for window beading ok.
Once these are removed its best to use silicon or window bond when you put the new glass in as this will seal any leaks for water and will protect the glass from shock.
Then replace the beading but be gentle as you can break the new glass if you are to heavy handed.
Let me know how you get on ok
