I had the same problem and fixed it by simply turning off the power at the breaker for 10 minutes and then back on. At first, I just flipped the breaker off and back on, but it still kept beeping. Not until i let it stay off for a while did it 'reset' and stop beeping.

Jenn-Air SCE 30600, oven error codes F1 and Probe

An F-1 error code on your model means the element was energized when it should not have been, A shorted interconnect harness or failed power relay board.

A probe indication could be a failed meat probe jack or bad harness in a unit that has one. In a unit without a meat probe, suspect a bad board.

Both conditions would warrant bringing in a tech.

Before you do, turn off the circuit breaker fot 3 miutes and turn it back on. This will reboot the boards. If problem persists, the call a service tech.

KitchenAid Meat Probe

Unplug the range and remove the back middle part of the back (should be three screws, I did this yesterday). Remove the rigth side panel by pushing from the back of the range to the front about an inch. It should then be possible to lean the top out and then remove.

Where the probe enters the oven you should see a whole in the side of the oven. If you look carefully you will see the other end of your broken probe sticking out in the open (You may have to move some insulation to see it).

Push the probe back into the oven san you should be back in business.

Replace range side and back (make sure to replace any insulatin which you have moved.
