My sons got a mw249s from their mom for xmas. i have itunes istheir anyway to put itunes music on the player? I tryed drag and drop the device showed the music loaded but cant play it.

You will first need to delete all the music from your MP3 player that you put on it. Use this method to do that: Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I tunes is an AAC format, it will not work with your player... You need WMA format to make the songs work on the GPX-MW3836 What you can do is covert the songs from ACC to WMA using a format converter. Then put them in a folder/file and drag and drop them to the player, or download the songs to Windows Media Player after you have converted them and then download them to your player, as Windows Media Player is WMA format. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- You can download a free format converter at this website: Good Luck, I hope this helped Please rate me, Thanks

There are songs on my mp3 that i dont want..

1. Plug your Kix MP3 player into the USB port. 2. In Windows, open File Explorer (right-click Start, select Explore). 3. In File Explorer, open Insignia KIX, Fixed Storage, Music. 4. Select and delete any undesired songs and/or folders, except the Music folder.

Music will not play

I managed to get this sorted by changing the default setting in windows media player from ripping the CDs as a wma protected file to a mp3 file.

Deleteing music

Put songs your daughter does want on the MixMax, and then click "shuffle". It should load the new songs while deleting the old ones. Good luck!

Won't delete songs

You should be able to modify and delete playlists/songs by connecting the player to your computer and accessing the files by going into my computer and selecting the player drive.

Only plays some songs

The Shaker only plays songs in MP3 format.

If you Ripped (copied) CD's to your PC with Windows Media Player, the default settings are as WMA.

You will need to delete these and re-copy them to your PC, then transfer to the Shaker.

Best of Luck.

How do i delete songs off of my sansa e250?

You can manually delete the music thru My Computer. Just click on the device name, and open the Music folder. If you dont have a Music folder, you need to enable hidden files and folders on your computer. Best of Luck.
