Based off the information you have provided your range is displaying an "F9" error code. "F9" typically means that your wall oven has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating).
Sometimes resetting your appliance can correct this issue but in the case that it does not and you still receive that error code I would recommend having a professional come out to properly diagnose and repair. At that time you could be having an issue within RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) sensor probe or the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) having a professional come out would reduce the cost of unnecessary parts.
