Question about Panasonic DVD-RA60 DVD Player
In my Panasonic DVD Player, DVD-RA60, I inserted a disc. After it was done playing, I cannot get it out. The panel displays a message that reads 'locked'.
I called tech support, and they asked me to unplug, then plug the system back. Did that, made no difference.
They said if there wasn't a disc in the system, they would have asked me to 'reset' it.
I've opened the unit, but cannot see a way to get the disc out. I'm thinking if I could get the disc out, maybe I can try the 'reset' that tech support mentioned.
Any help will be appreciated.

many dvd players have a small hole near the tray. if yours has this little hole just straighten out a small paper clip to form a straight piece of wire and insert the wire in the hole. That will open it up for you.
