Question about Panasonic CT-27HL14 27" TV
The symptom is usually caused by a breakdown in the power supply circuit. in most modern receivers (transistorized and/or ic), it may also be caused by a breakdown in the horizontal deflection circuits (hor. oscillator, pre-drive, or drive circuits). supply voltages for the tuner, vif, sif, and vertical output are usually supplied by the horizontal output circuit. but if you doesnt know anything about these stuffs, better bring it to a qualified service tecnhician.
