Restart the pc and before windows starts up press the f-8 key to bring up the start-up option screen. select safe mode. log on to any of the listed accounts as each is an administrator account.
note: if you did not set an administrator password for the pc when installing windows, you may be able to click anywhere on the desktop screen and the administrator account will display. you select that account and hit enter without using a password.
