Every page scrolls to the bottom

When I move the cursor over any page it automatically scrolls to the bottom of the page. It won't let me page up, scroll up, arrow up...nothing. Also, when I hit the control key it makes the view smaller.

- My acer aspire randomly gets stuck at the bottom of the page and won't scroll up. Angi, did u find a solution? Note: pressing function key doesn't help, and no ! next to anything in device manager.- mooretn3Nov 27, 2008
