You have go to the local store of your provider or by the
internet of your provider.
There you can ask for your puk code of your simcard
each simcard has a number on it and a serial number.
The provider have this puk code youonly have to ask for it
by phone call or mail or letter or by the local store from that
I hope this will helps you out or you can buy a new sim card.

Try looking in the booklet which comes with the phone. Ive got the same problem!
