All of a sudden my HP Deskjet F380 All in One Printer will not print. When I click on Ctl-P I see "Offline". Can you help me? thank you.

Go to printers & faxes and locate your printer, right-click on it then click Use Printer Online

Printer status-offline unable to print


Click Start and then go to Printers and Faxes (XP), Printers(Vista), Devices and Printers(Win 7)
1. Right Click on your printer Icon 2. Click Open or See What's Printing 3. Click the option that says Printer on the upper left corner of the window that pops up. 4. Make sure the only thing that is checked under that menu is Set As Default Printer. 5. If Use Printer Offline or Pause Printing has a check mark. Uncheck it.

Try printing again. I hope this helped.

My printer status show offline eventhoungh i'm online.It can copy(photostat) the document but it cannot print.I alrerady change the printer port but it still offline.My printer is HP Deskjet...

Connect the printer to another usb port and make sure use printer offline is unchecked in the print job screen - file.

My hp deskjet F380 all-in-one printer is not printing documents from word processor and now won't print anything from the internet.Its saying its offline.How do i get it back online?


this is reffing to your computer not seeing the printer. I would unplug the usb cable and rebbot the computer then plug it back in. Let me know if that doesn't help

Nothing happens when i tried to print from my computer the status is offline what is wrong


same thing, woring one minute, next minute, offline. cords plugged in , no reason i have found but it happens all of the time
