When wiring a new plug for which voltage input?
The cutter has a white wire, a black wire, and a green one - white is the neutral line, black is the hot line, green is ground.
You can see this in section 4-9 of the owners manual, if you don't have a manual you can go to www.millerwelds.com and get a PDF file of the manual.

- The red/brown wire is the hot wire
- The blue/black wire is the neutral
For 220VAC,
- The green wire with yellow stripe is the ground wire
- The red/brown wire is positive 110VAC

Esab plasma cutter fault light comes on as soon as it is turned on

The cable or cutting head may be damaged. The power connections may be loose, an internal circuit breaker may have failed. If the cooling fan does not come on, check the wiring in the cabinet for damaged wires. Disconnect fan wires- noting where each connected and check to see if the fan burned out- if it did, replace the fan and it chould begin to work correctly. If the fan checks out okay- it will have 2 discrete sets of windings-one for the fan, the other to provide control voltage.Check that board with the rectifiers as a rectifier may have failed or there may be a fuse on the board.

If it were mine, I would check everything under the cabinet after it has been thoroughly blown clean.

Spectrum thunder plasma cutter will not cut steady, keeps stopping and have to pull trigger to cut

Check the contactor contacts for pitting. if severly pitted, replace contactor. If a death grip on the switch makes it work better then a light touch- replace the trigger switch.

When you start cutting it will cut about 2 inches and kick out you let off the trigger and pull it back on it will do the same as long as you do that it will not cut continusle please advise does not...

You may need a better air supply. Also check the tip. This sometimes happens with mine when the tip gets pitted, not sure why but changing the tip sorts it out. They are fussy machines in some ways. Dont like dirty material, need a good earth.

Plasma cutter no cutting

the tech is probably pretty close to the cost of board, but you may have moisture in air that still wont take out the p.c..you have a warrenty on the unit,go to your local welding store and request a new one if refussed tell them you want to talk to the miller salesman which they should have no problem to set up.if not call miller direct in appleton wisc.they are good people.

How hard is it to change out the main circuit board on a spectrum 375 plasma cutter? What is the cost of the board?

The replacement of a board is no TOO hard, just DRAW a Diagram of ALL connections when you take the "Old" one out. NEVER work on the machine live Duh, also always wait a bit to allow capacitors to discharge, or use a shorting stick, if in a hurry. Anyhow, make sure you keep all fixtures together note down all connections and label them with little stickers, With any other information on the stickers as need be. I always do this as one never remembers whats what after a bit, anyway. Just be methodical, and you will prevail.

When pushing trigger it starts then stops quickly

if its on an extension cord then definitely. You need to run those on 220-240 or use s super short cord. Make sure you have good airflow too.

Miller Spectrum 375 problem

It sounds like you have a problem in the power supply input area. Make sure your voltage select switch is in the correct location. Unplug the unit and switch back and forth between the two positions to clean the contacts. Try again. If still bad check you terminal lug connections on the input lead wires. If still bad please answer these questions.

Does the power indicator come on at all? Does the fan start?

Cup light is on machine will not work

The cup light is referring to the outer most part on the torch tip, the purpose of the cup is to create a gap between the tip and the work piece. The light is indicating that the cup is worn and must be replaced.
