Question about Konica Minolta bizhub C351 All-In-One Laser Printer
I'm using a mac. I go through all the printer setting. Go to print. Select 'Print...' 'Paper Feed' 'Bypass Tray' then print Then select Bypass Tray on copier and paper weight then I print but it always ignores settings and finds nearest 'Normal' paper I've tried the above in every combination. Please help!
In your print driver, you need to go to the Printer Features -> Media 1 window and specify "Thick 2" and then go back to the main print window and specify Paper Feed "Tray 2" Then go to the copier,, place the stock into tray 2 and match the paper setup for that tray on the copier to "Thick 2" for tray 2.
Basically, both the Mac and the copier need to match paper types and feed tray.

Have you tried specifying the paper type and weight INSTEAD of the tray. Set the tray properties first, then print. If you leave it on auto tray it will use the tray that matches your paper type and weight.
